FACILITY MANAGEMENT

In general terms, facilities management encompasses the supervision and coordination of all activities that ensure the smooth operation of a facility. As Facility Managers, our primary role is to ensure that the Estate operates efficiently, remains cost-effective, and provides a safe and comfortable environment for both residents and clients. We are committed to maintaining seamless day-to-day operations across all aspects of the Estate.

A distinguishing feature of our firm is that we currently manage the Abraham Adesanya Housing Estate, where we also maintain a fully operational office.

This presence within the Estate gives us a unique advantage over competitors, particularly in the management and marketing of development properties within the community.

Managing estate facilities can be a demanding, time-consuming, and costly responsibility for property owners or residents. Our firm takes on this responsibility by providing comprehensive management services, including:

  • General maintenance and cleaning

  • Security and safety management

  • Maintenance of open spaces and lawns

  • Utilities and infrastructure management

  • Landscaping and environmental care

  • Communication systems management

As the appointed Facility Managers, we will oversee, coordinate, and maintain all daily estate operations. Our goal is to ensure that the buildings, surroundings, and essential services meet the expectations and satisfaction of all residents and property owners.

We will also take full accountability for the income and expenditure associated with estate operations. Our responsibilities include the effective management of services such as cleaning, security, parking, drainage maintenance, landscaping, lighting, and waste collection—ensuring that the Estate remains clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing, all while maintaining cost efficiency.

It is important to emphasize that the management and maintenance of the Estate are critical components of successful facility management. Our commitment is to uphold these standards with professionalism, transparency, and excellence.

Management:

As facility managers, we will be actively involved in the daily supervision and coordination of all maintenance personnel within the premises. Our goal is to foster teamwork among employees to ensure that their collective efforts align with the needs and expectations of the residents. The facility manager will also ensure that the Estate complies with all local and state safety regulations, including staff training, facility inspections, and overall site security. In addition, we will promptly address any operational or maintenance issues that arise within the Estate.

Maintenance:

Maintenance encompasses all aspects of the Estate’s infrastructure — including buildings, grounds, and all equipment within the premises. It is one of the facility manager’s top priorities to ensure that every component is properly maintained, functional, and in excellent condition. We are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Estate, ensuring that all vending or catering activities comply with relevant codes and standards, and managing the overall use and organization of space within the Estate efficiently and effectively.
