Our Chairman is the Founder and Principal Partner of Akinwumi Akinpelu & Associates. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA, Marketing).

A distinguished Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS), he is fully registered and licensed by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).

His professional career spans valuation, real estate consultancy, and diverse estate management services. He began his practice at B. S. Njubigbo and Associates, Makurdi (1986), and later served as Chief Estate Valuer and Head Office Manager at Femi Asiwaju & Co., Ikorodu (1987–1992). He went on to become General Manager (Estates) at Ajao Estate Limited (1993–1995) before establishing the firm now known as Akinwumi Akinpelu & Associates.

Beyond his professional work, he has contributed significantly to public and community service. He served as a member of the Lagos State Rent and Recovery of Residential Premises Tribunal; he is a Knight of St. Mulumba (KSM); a Commissioner, Land and Building Commission, Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos; and a member of the Land and Building Committee, Scout Association of Nigeria.
